An awesome practice for checking the balance of your planes.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Write out the planes in a list (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Virtual).⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Consult your intuition on the health percentage of each plane and write each percentage next to its plane.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. See which planes are weakest, and focus on strengthening those planes.⁣⁣

*Remember that the Mental Plane (which sits in the middle) is worked on when you balance and stabilize the other four planes.⁣
⁣⁣
