With the reboot almost complete some things you can do now to prep for the sun self influx on 20th are Craniosacral, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra all three of these things will assist a ton with the bodys ability to come back online after the reboot
keep in mind that when we go through a major upgrade like we have hydration is key as it allows our cellular memory to let go with more grace and ease
doing some form of self reflection while working with your feet will also assist you to ground in more of the new wisdom you have access too ❤ ::hugs::
