Emotional Healing ~ Gary Hinebaugh & Neha ~ 24 February 2021

 
You may feel crappy and cranky, as many of us do these days, as we individually and collectively move through this turbulent phase of transition to a higher frequency and level of consciousness.
Do not turn away from the discomfort and emotional pain, and distract yourself, but invite it in. 
Allow and breathe. Hold yourself and give yourself acceptance. Make time to go all the way down to the origin of your agony.
 
Be the observer and allow awareness to come. Lift it into your heart and pour love and compassion into it. As you do this, you will notice a change. You are not resisting your pain and discomfort anymore. You are not trying to run or hide from it, and you are no longer in victim more. 
 
By giving it your full attention, you are able to feel, heal, and release, and move on. Regardless of what may be going on, you have found YOU again, and you are no longer lost ~ as you were before in your perception. 
 
You may not know what is going on, but that is not necessary. You are again able to trust that you are exactly where you need to be.

  1. So true. As difficult as it is to be in the uncomfortable position feeling the pain, it is precisely what one must do to grow. Just look inward. Often, at least for me, one likes to think one is above, or can transcend beyond the pain.
